It is true that google's security layer is the strongest and its browser chrome is the safest browser in the planet.

I want to know who I can actually contact and talk to about Google and Youtube without jumping through the same hoop 500 times and having to send things off to have someone supposedly look at something and then decide whether it warrants attention or not. Is there anything like that that exists, or should I just keep "believing" in this broken sysytem and hope all gets resolved on its own? Because right now, this is just plain stupidity not having a way to contact anyone at all over problems.

I have a serious security issue and there seems no place to report it to Google.

Over the last couple of days I've received two emails from a friend - we both use Chrome though I have never even seen his computer much less used it.

The first email said that he was checking his email, then leaving that tab open clicked on a new tab. When that tab opened he say - without making any entry - my gmail account login screen filled in with my email address and password. He verified that he had complete access to my account including the calendar.

Two days later I received this email:

Joe-

I just attempted to log on to Amazon and your account came up (including password). I checked to be sure that it was really your account by looking at recent orders - Norelco razor?

This is a serious breach. I am using Google Chrome and suspect that somehow Google has interconnected your information somehow on this machine.

We need to get the word out and see what Google intends to do about it.

I went over to his office where he logged into HIS Google account. We went to 'Manage Passwords' and there were all of his saved passwords as well as mine. Chrome appears to have merged my password file into his. We are both upset, I more than he. I would report this to Google if there were anywhere to report. I can not find any way to contact them.
